Being in the healthcare industry I see people at their worst. Everyday people are suffering from heart attacks, strokes, and chronic illness and disease. Many of these disease processes are caused by their lifestyle choices. Poor diet, lack of exercise, alcohol abuse, smoking, etc.
So, if our lifestyle can make us sick and cause disease, we can also CHANGE that by making our lifestyle better.
Some of those who are the most at risk of having an unbalanced lifestyle are those that serve others. Military, Fire, EMS, Police… our first responders. Their chaotic schedules are the main cause of these unbalanced lifestyle.
This is exactly why the KK Method was developed.
I have been a nurse for 11+ years and I traveled all over the country working on helicopters and airplanes. All while maintaining my own health and fitness and competing in bodybuilding.
This required me to plan my travel, accommodations, and food in a way that I was able to maintain my own health. I have been where you are, but you do not have to be stuck there. Let me help.
