Banana Nut Muffins

Easy banana nut muffins that are a perfect breakfast treat!

Ingredients:
3/4 cup mashed banana
1/2 cup nut butter
2 large eggs
2 tbsp syrup, honey, or agave
2 tbsp flax seed
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 oat flour
1/2 cup toasted walnuts
1/4 cup reduced sugar dried canberries

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
2. In a large bowl combine the banana and nut butter until smooth. Stir in the eggs until combined.
3. Stir in the syrup, or whatever sweetener you chose, flax seed, vanilla, and cinnamon.
4. Sprinkle in the baking soda and baking powder and fold in.
5. Lastly, add in the nuts and raisins.
6. Place into muffin tins and bake in the oven!
