This week I thought to share a few tips on how to meal prep efficiently.
Cook In Bulk
If you are cooking dinner, add a few extra servings to use later in the week. This way, you only dirty the kitchen once! :)
Versatility Is Key
Cook/prep staples such as chicken, salads, potatoes. These are easy to mix and match for the week. This avoids you getting tired of the same meals for the week.
Have A Game Plan
Know what you are cooking. Don't be afraid to keep it simple. Trying all-new recipes from the Cookbook is not the best option. Add one that way you are not tacking on time to your meal prep.
