Here are 3 ways to prioritize your health WITHOUT having to feel guilty.

Take your water bottle everywhere!

If you know me, you know I drag my gallon jug with me EVERYWHERE. Is is because I love it? No! I do it because it helps me stay alert, my skin looking good, and most importantly it flushes out unwanted toxins.

 

Ask for help.

Having "me time" is not selfish! It is actually helping be your best self for your family. This can be something as simple as grabbing a coffee and going grocery shopping alone or getting a massage that will help nourish your body. Sometime us as moms find it difficult to ask for help, but your health matters too.

 

Workout during the day.

Are you someone who hates going to the gym? Or someone who has every intention, but if your schedule is busy that's the first to go? I am here to tell you IT'S OKAY. There are other ways to get your activity in. Instead of looking at workouts as one more thing on your to-do list, what about looking for ways to get in movement in your life.
